I just wanted to offer thanks to the people who have graciously donated their creative skills to SketchUp Island by creating header art. In three days I have received three fantastic submissions!
BerylDrue (Beryl Reid) created the twinkling nighttime scene of Palomar Mountain Observatory. Bdhy contributed his artwork depicting a golden medieval church in France. And Cathy Tritschler, famous on the Google 3D Warehouse for her excellent lighthouse models, has given us a beautiful lighthouse banner to illuminate the Island.
Thanks, guys! I'll be rotating the images for variety so keep your eyes peeled.
While any medium, whether computer-modeled, hand-modeled, hand drawn, or painted is acceptable, each of these people has chosen the SketchUp route. I am anxious to see what others contribute! For more information see the link HERE.
